Refund policy

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Each item is specially created for you after you place your order, which means we cannot resell returned items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We will only consider refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or with manufacturing flaws
  • Incorrect Items: You received the wrong product or size
  • Shipping Errors: Your order was lost or never delivered

Reporting Issues

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
